Physical build-out and operating base
Storage and capture
Battery energy storage is under evaluation for time-shifting, grid support, and dispatch flexibility. Direct air capture is being considered as another campus component. Neither is live infrastructure today.
Project scale
Current package estimates put solar EPC in the $83.2M to $88.5M range inside an overall project budget of about $115M.
Operations base
FNL operates across transportation, federal logistics, warehousing, contracting, and project mobilization. The company describes more than 30 years of cumulative experience across those areas.
